These terms govern cozivoy.com and purchases from Cozivoy, operated by ValueOpus LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to the Shipping, Returns & Refunds, Payment, Privacy, Cookie, and Product Safety pages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Consumer store
This is a consumer store for customers in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong; we ship only to addresses in those countries and territories. We do not offer wholesale, dealer, RFQ, or other business purchasing accounts on this website.
Using the site
You must be able to form a binding contract and give accurate information. Do not misuse the site, interfere with checkout, scrape at unreasonable volume, or submit harmful code.
Products
Listings aim to describe dimensions, materials, care, and intended use clearly. Colors on a screen can differ from the item in hand. Soft goods can vary slightly in size. The product page and the documents supplied with an item control over general website copy. Adding something to a cart does not reserve it.
Orders
Guest checkout is available. You may also view your orders by signing in with a one-time code sent to your email; no password is required. An order confirmation email means we received your order. We may review, correct an obvious error, limit quantity, or cancel for stock, fraud, legal, safety, or listing-error reasons. The contract for that order is formed when we send shipping confirmation, unless a law that applies to you says otherwise. If we cancel after a charge, we refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Prices and payment
Prices are in the currency shown at checkout. Shipping, discounts, and any tax line appear before you pay. Checkout is processed by Shopify Payments. Payment methods are those shown on the checkout page. See the Payment Policy.
Shipping, returns, and safety
Eligible catalog orders of USD 79 or more, or orders with a valid free-shipping coupon, receive free shipping when checkout shows a $0 shipping line; otherwise checkout charges a flat USD 10 shipping rate. Outside the United States these amounts are shown in your local currency at checkout. We ship within 5 business days unless the product page or checkout shows a different time; delivery times after that are estimates, not guaranteed dates, as described in the Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and product use are described in the linked policies. Follow the product instructions. Stop using an item that is damaged or unsafe.
Intellectual property
The Cozivoy name, artwork, design, and site content are owned by or licensed to ValueOpus LLC. You may use the site to shop and to read about products. You may not copy or commercially reuse protected content without permission.
Warranty and liability
We do not add a separate written product warranty unless the product page or the documents with the product say so. Your mandatory consumer rights stay in place. Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. Those limits do not apply where the law forbids them.
Law and disputes
Email support@cozivoy.com first so we can try to fix the issue. These terms are governed by Wyoming law, without taking away mandatory consumer protections or court rights that apply where you live. If you are a consumer in Australia or New Zealand, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer in Singapore or Hong Kong, nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under local consumer law, including Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Sale of Goods Act and Hong Kong’s Sale of Goods Ordinance and Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance, that cannot lawfully be excluded. A dispute may be brought in a court that has lawful jurisdiction.
