Use the measurements and fit notes on the product page. Measure your pet and the intended space. Do not choose from breed name alone.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong. Shipping is free on orders of $79 or more (or the local-currency equivalent), otherwise a flat $10. Duties and import taxes are covered by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. We ship within 5 business days; see the Shipping Policy for delivery estimates.
What if I need to return something?
Email support@cozivoy.com within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization. See Returns & Refunds for conditions.
Can I wash it?
The Checker Sofa's cover zips off from the underside for washing. The Seat Nest has a removable inner cushion and a spot-clean cover. Always follow the care label.
Is the car bed crash-tested?
No. The car bed and tether help on a normal drive. Always attach to a harness, never a collar.
