Everyday use
- Choose the size and use shown for that item. Check fit when you first use it and from time to time after that.
- Inspect seams, fasteners, straps, covers, and structure before use. Stop using a damaged, badly worn, or poorly fitting item.
- Keep packaging, loose parts, and damaged fill away from pets and children. This store is not directed to children. Pet products are not toys for children.
- Follow care and temperature instructions. Do not use an item near flame or high heat, or in a way that blocks ventilation.
Travel and vehicles
Unless a specific product page presents verified test evidence and matching instructions, a Cozivoy comfort product is not crash-tested, is not a primary restraint, and is not a substitute for a vehicle’s certified occupant-safety system. Use a lawful, species-appropriate restraint or carrier, and follow the vehicle, restraint, and product instructions. Do not block airbags, controls, mirrors, seat belts, vents, or the driver’s view. Do not leave a pet unattended in a vehicle.
Materials and labels
Before you can buy a listed item, its product page and on-product labels state the material or fiber information, origin, care, warnings, and business identity required for that item. Keep the sewn label, packaging, and order record. A California or other regional warning appears only when it applies to that item.
Not a medical product
Unless a listing says otherwise with appropriate support, products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Ask a veterinarian about medical, mobility, allergy, or behavior needs.
If something goes wrong
For injury, overheating, entrapment, breakage, a choking hazard, or another safety concern, stop use, keep the product and packaging, and email support@cozivoy.com with the order number, product details, photographs, and a description. We will review reports, work with suppliers and authorities as required, and provide recall or other remedies when required. Safety remedies are not limited by the ordinary return window.
