Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ValueOpus LLC (“Cozivoy,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information when you visit cozivoy.com, contact us, or place an order. The controller is ValueOpus LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Cozivoy sells to customers in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Information we collect

  • Identifiers and contact details: name, email, phone number if you give one, billing and shipping address.
  • Commercial information: order contents, payment status (card numbers are handled by Shopify Payments and its processors and are not stored by us), returns and support messages.
  • Internet and device activity: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, cart and session identifiers, and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies and from our service providers.
  • Approximate location: derived from your IP address.
  • Customer account details: if you sign in to view orders, your email address and order history.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information beyond what you give us to pay for an order, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you.

How we use it

  • Operate the site, cart, checkout, fulfillment, returns, and customer support.
  • Process payments, prevent fraud, and protect customers and the service.
  • Meet tax, accounting, product-safety, recall, and other legal duties.
  • Understand how the store is used and see which sources lead to orders (Shopify store analytics and Google Analytics 4).
  • Measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show our ads to people who have visited the store (Meta Pixel and Conversions API), unless you opt out as described below.

Who we share it with

  • Shopify Inc., our commerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders, customer data, and email for order and support messages.
  • Shopify Payments and its payment processors, and any payment method shown at checkout (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay), under their own privacy notices. If you use Shop Pay, Shop Pay handles your Shop account data as an independent provider.
  • Google, for site statistics (Google Analytics 4), Search Console and product listings on Google.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API used by our Shopify Facebook & Instagram sales channel. Meta receives events such as page and product views, add-to-cart, checkout and purchase, with browser and device identifiers and, where available, hashed contact details such as email or phone number. Meta uses this to measure and deliver our ads, under its own privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy).
  • Shipping, fulfillment, and returns partners when an order or return requires it.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires.

Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure and target our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Under some U.S. state laws this counts as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, “targeted advertising” or a “sale,” and you can opt out of it.

Your choices. Use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the page footer to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising for that browser and, if you enter your email, for your customer account. We also treat a browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as the same opt-out for that browser. After an opt-out, the Meta Pixel does not run in that browser. To limit Google Analytics, block or delete cookies in your browser or use Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including order, tax, dispute, safety, and fraud records, then delete or de-identify it where feasible. Analytics cookies expire as described in our Cookie Policy. No online service is perfectly secure.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may ask to know and access what we hold, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising, and limit certain uses. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. Email support@cozivoy.com with “Privacy” in the subject. We may need to verify you or an authorized agent. If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our message, and you may complain to your state attorney general.

Australia and New Zealand

If you are in Australia or New Zealand, you may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@cozivoy.com with “Privacy” in the subject. We store and process information outside your country, including in the United States through Shopify and with our fulfilment partners in China, which need your name and delivery address to ship your order. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).

Singapore and Hong Kong

If you are in Singapore or Hong Kong, you may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent to a use that relies on consent, by emailing support@cozivoy.com with “Privacy” in the subject. We transfer and store your data outside your territory as described above and require our service providers to protect it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission (pdpc.gov.sg) or Hong Kong’s Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (pcpd.org.hk).

Children

This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child provided it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date. Public contact is email only at support@cozivoy.com. We do not publish a telephone number or keep fixed support hours.
